The Centre for Psychological Practice delivers psychological therapy, professional training and workshops, and specialist neurodiversity assessments across Singapore and the UK. We're building a practice grounded in doctoral-level clinical expertise, evidence-based methods, and a genuinely human approach to mental health — whether we're working one-to-one with an individual, or embedding support within a school, corporate, or government partner.
Our practitioners are Clinical Psychologists trained to doctoral level — the highest level of training and expertise in the field. We are registered with the British Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the UK's statutory regulator for practising psychologists, and with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), reflecting our commitment to safe, ethical, and evidence-based practice in every market we work in.
This means every client, school, or organisation we work with can expect the same standard of training, and registration with the relevant regulatory bodies in every market we operate.
We started TCFPP because we wanted to offer real psychological care, whether that's one-to-one therapy, assessments, or training, delivered by clinicians who genuinely care about making a difference and giving something back. Every service we offer is grounded in evidence-based practice, and delivered only by clinicians properly accredited and trained to do it.
The goal is long-term, meaningful work that creates a genuinely positive, lasting impact, whether that's with individuals, schools, or corporates. It's not tick-box work. It's work we'd stand behind, and work we'd want for our own families.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or building it for others, we're here. Our services span one-to-one and couples therapy, specialist ADHD and neurodiversity assessments, professional training and workshops, consultancy and clinical supervision, and embedded school partnerships — all delivered by the same clinical team, in person or online.
Working with TCFPP gave me practical tools and a genuine sense of being understood. I felt supported every step of the way.
The training session delivered to our staff was thoughtful, evidence-based, and immediately applicable. Our team still references it months later.
The assessment process was clear from start to finish, with great communication throughout, and the report itself was easy to understand. We finally have clarity for our daughter, and her school has been able to put the recommendations from her ADHD report straight into practice.

Evidence-based, practitioner-led training delivered across six distinct audiences. Each programme is pitched at the appropriate age, role, and context available in-person, virtually, or hybrid.
A standing arrangement, not a one-off training: regular case consultation for in-house school counsellors and pastoral care staff, giving them a qualified Clinical Psychologist to think through difficult cases with. Sessions are confidential and tailored to whatever the counsellor brings.

Whatever has brought you here, whether it's anxiety that won't switch off, patterns that keep repeating, the weight of putting everyone else first, or simply a feeling that something needs to change, you don't have to carry it alone. We offer a warm, confidential space where you can feel truly heard. Together, we'll make sense of what you're carrying and help you move towards a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
Many people come to us not quite knowing how to name what they're feeling. That's okay. Below is a selection of what we work with — if you don't see your experience listed, please still reach out.
Every session is built around you, and led by an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist trained to doctoral level. That expertise shows up as a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
An embedded partnership model giving schools direct, ongoing access to safeguarding expertise, risk management frameworks, and clinical supervision for in-house counselling staff.
Do you find yourself losing track of conversations halfway through? Starting tasks with every intention of finishing, only to find your attention has drifted somewhere else entirely? Perhaps you've spent years feeling like you have to work twice as hard as everyone else just to keep up — battling brain fog, forgotten appointments, a desk full of half-finished things, and a quiet sense that something is just a little different about how your mind works.
You are not alone, and there is nothing wrong with you. ADHD is a neurodevelopmental difference that affects how the brain manages attention, impulse control, and activity — and it looks different in every person. A thorough, evidence-based assessment can bring clarity, understanding, and a pathway forward.
All assessments are conducted by HCPC and SPS registered Clinical Psychologists trained to doctoral level. All steps can be completed remotely.
A thorough ADHD assessment cannot be reduced to a single test. Our protocol combines clinical interview, behavioural rating, and objective performance measurement to build a complete and accurate picture.
The WISC-V (for children and adolescents) and WAIS-IV (for adults) are the world's most widely used cognitive assessments. While they do not diagnose ADHD directly, they provide a detailed profile of cognitive strengths and weaknesses across verbal comprehension, working memory, processing speed, and perceptual reasoning — useful context for understanding how someone learns, thinks, and processes information. This is particularly valuable when:
All steps in the assessment process can be completed remotely via secure video — from anywhere in the world, or in person.
You will receive a comprehensive written report with clear clinical findings and practical recommendations, delivered within one week of your feedback session.
